Cheaper Calling Rates for Expatriates

Being away from your home country can be tough, especially if there is someone special you left behind. But it was a lot more difficult to stay in touch with family and friends before telecommunication methods were developed.

There are several ways to place overseas phone calls but the cheapest way is to use prepaid phone cards. These cards offer lower rates than your land lines at home, and can be used with your home phone, public pay phones and even mobile phones (Remember to check for additional charges if you use any of these because there are certain companies who impose extra fees).

A common misconception is that big companies offer better rates.  This is not always true. Smaller companies sometimes offer lower rates to make a name for themselves.  When comparing phone card plans, it is best to check for rates, services and quality, not just the brand name.  Big companies can commit phone card frauds and scams too!

Today, phone card companies are swarming over the Internet. Product competition in the market today has driven many phone card companies to offer cheaper rates online for overseas calls. Some of these smaller companies offer better services and quality than traditional phone card companies.

Finally, A good phone card company should have customer service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer and address any problems encountered by consumers while they are making calls.

For your international calling needs, phone cards are suited for you.  But how do you find the right phone card?

How to Avoid Companies That Can Fool Calling Card Customers?

Unluckily, not all phone card companies are honest enough to their customers. What they always think is the the money and the profit that they can get with their products. Here are the following things that make fool of the phone card customers.

The company should provide the full disclosure of information to the customers. Any questions regarding phone cards should be answered truthfully before a customer buys the product.

Phone cards that have very low calling rates may have hidden charges to cover up some amounts. Some phone card companies charge a connection fee every time you make a phone call. This is true to phone cards with very cheap rates. Other phone card companies impose a maintenance or service fee to covert the maintenance cost of the service provider and the network that handles the card. But if the maintenance fee is nominal, it will not be a big concern. While some other companies let the customers pay for the taxes by adding fees to the cards that they purchased. Extra fees are also charged while making phone call from or to mobile phones, pay phones, school and hotel phones. Sometimes, when you are making a call, you cannot reach the next whole minute and it is rounded off. The best minute rounding is one minute because it is cheaper.

Although it is not necessary, checking the company's background will be helpful in doing business with them. It will ensure you that it is an honest, stable and reputable company. Your money is also secured if the phone card company is not broke.

When you purchase a phone card in the web, it is always likely that they will send you the PIN immediately or through and electronic mail. If you do not receive the PIN for the first time, it is quite forgivable. But if the mistake goes on to the second and succeeding purchases, it is high time for you to contact the customer service to report your case and get the PIN that was not sent to you. If your PIN is not delivered, then the phone card that you bought is a fraud.

Always check the phone cars expiration date. Phone cards with low rates has a shorter period before it expires.

If your phone card runs out of credit, your phone card company automatically recharge your account and payment is done through your credit card. This is not advisable unless you made an agreement with the phone card company that they can do this. Because there are companies that offer a service without account expiration unless you requested to cancel your own account.

Consumers are therefore advised to be keen and careful in buying a certain phone card for their calling purposes. Always check the brand and the company if they are reliable. Testimonials from friends are also useful.

Cheap Phone Cards on the Web

Phone cards have been popular among consumers today. You, as one of them, choose this medium to communicate with your friends, family and business associates who are far from you at the moment. You preferred using phone cards than the nearby local pay phones in a way that they are cheaper. Money saving is a concern whenever you are making purchases especially on calling matters.

Finding the right phone card for your need is easy nowadays since they are available already in stores and even on the web. This makes phone cards accessible to every individual who intends to make a call to their loved ones. The internet makes it even more convenient for you to choose and purchase the phone card for your own intentions. Online searching provides you with a variety of phone cards 24 hours, seven days a week. You also have the necessary information about the cards displayed in your computer screen. And you can avail these cards at reasonably lower prices.

Usually, consumers who are making constant travels are the one who are in need of this service. If you are one of them, you have to know the different card types that you need in making your calls. This will help ease your longing for your loved ones and also to check the business that you left behind. When you are making frequent calls, you cannot afford to spend a lot of money. That's why, you have to check for cards that are available online since they provide you with better options.

International phone cards have many different features for you to remember. These cards are cheaper for making international calls and domestic long distance calls. They also contain permanent PINs, toll free numbers and local access numbers that are important for you to start a phone call. They can be used in your home or office telephones and on mobile phones.

The web therefore offers you the opportunity to a selection where you can compare each card and then consider one card for making international calls. You'll just need to be wise and pick the right card that matches your calling needs and purposes.

A Piece of Card: Rates and Billing

As you have already purchased the phone card that suits your need, you are ready to make your first call. And you know that when you have placed a call, the number of minutes that you have consumed will be deducted from the available time in the card. The same goes with the monetary value of the card.

Phone card companies usually have the call history feature that records the call that you make and how long does it take for every call. The record includes the number of minutes you consumed, connection fee and the remaining balance that you have. You can check the account balance by calling the access number and entering the card's PIN. When you are about to run out of minutes, you will be notified if your card has this feature. During the card's last two or three minutes, you will be interrupted in your conversation to give you the warning.

When you make a call, there are times that you get a busy signal. You should not be charged by a single cent if this happens. There are two reasons why you got a busy signal while making your call. Either your access number gives you the busy signal because there are a lot of users that calls during the time that you tried to make a call. If this situation continues then you are advised to choose and change another calling card. Sometimes, the destination that you are calling can give you the busy signal. This is no longer a responsibility of the phone card company. You can try calling back again. There are certain circumstances in you call destinations that may affect the signal like time zones, customs and peak periods.

If you are calling and that there is no answer, you will not be charged. When you get disconnected, you have do dial again. There may be surcharges in the card that you purchased like connection fee whenever you reconnect. You will be charged also by the minutes that you consumed. For frequent disconnection, be sure to report the case to the customer service for them to address the problem. If the problem continues, better choose another card to use.

The call per minute are expected to be the same all throughout the day and it is referred to as flat rate. But if there are surcharges, the rate per minute is based on the length of the call that you make. Some phone card companies have this kind of system.

It is therefore recommended that you better get to know the card that you purchased so that you won't encounter the same problem again and again.

Filing Complaints On Your Prepaid Phone Card Provider

Prepaid phone cards today offer convenient modes of calling domestic or international locations for consumers.

These cards, which are sold in groceries, neighborhood convenience stores, hotels, and specialty shops, are valued in a number of denominations, which are priced according to the number of minutes they have in them. These cards are made with built-in PIN numbers, wherein callers need to access the PIN numbers first before they make a call.

As there are a lot of prepaid phone card types sold out there, consumers are advised to select the card that they feel is appropriate for their specific call requirements, and to completely check the details and services that are afforded by the cards, to ensure easy access and adequate user satisfaction.

Important Tips To Consider Before Buying A Card

Before consumers buy a phone card, they should consider how they'd be using it. Select a card that would offer you the best value for the kinds of calls you wish to make. At pay phones, use the cards for long distance calls, and in most cases, coins are cheaper for local calls. Phone cards are one of the few methods of making long distance calls at pay phones that do not accept coins.

If you are going to use one to call friends in another country, select one with a low per-minute rate to that country. Prepaid cards often have varying rates for calls in the U.S., however some have high rates and per-call surcharges for calls overseas. Some cards are sold to people who call certain countries frequently,so their rates to specific countries may be somehow much lower.

Buy A Prepaid Card With A Toll-free Hotline Number

Consumers need to find out if a card has a toll-free 24-hour customer service number with operators to answer questions and respond to complaints. Some US states require all prepaid phone card companies doing business in the state to have this service. Many minor complaints can be resolved by calling the customer service number, which is indicated on the back of the card.

Consumers Need To Be Aware Of Deceptive Phone Card Practices

There have also been some circumstances where unlawful or deceptive sales techniques have involved prepaid phone cards. Some card dealers, and providers, fail to inform consumers about fees, surcharges and other costs, and some hide these charges in small, hard-to-read print. Around 10 US states have implemented laws that require complete disclosure of prepaid phone card costs.

In all states, deceptive and unfair trade practices are illegal, even if no specific rules cover prepaid packaging. If you are the victim of prepaid phone card fraud, try taking with the company first. An industry organization, the International Prepaid Communications Association (IPCA), operates a toll-free hotline for customers who have queries with or questions about these.

Where To report Card Fraud

In most US states, a public utilities commission or public service commission regulates local phone service and responds to consumer complaints. Check out the state regulatory agencies in the local phone directory, or contact the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' web site for a listing of all state agencies.

Consumers could also report fraud to the state Attorney General (AG) and/or your state or local consumer protection agency. A list of state AG offices can be found on the National Association of Attorneys General web site, or you could locate their numbers on the government section of the local phone directory.

Prepaid Phone Card Companies and International Calling Card Complaints

Your Choice of a Long Lasting Prepaid Phone Cards

Phone cards can now be found in retail stores and shopping centers that makes it already convenient. Phone card companies offer competitive brands and consumers have a lot to choose from. With the availability of the internet, other companies opt to sell their products over the web. Avoid cards that offer extra charges for connection and per calls if you are making shorter calls. The quality of calling service should also be considered as much as its convenience. Be sure also that your card brand has a good customer service that is available for 24 hours.

Now, you are not only sure that you have a clear connection and longer talk but you also save an ample amount of money for your next calling transactions.

Choosing Between Phone Cards and Virtual Calling Cards

During the past decades, people were in search of a way to avail of convenient and cheap international calls. There are a lot of choices for the types of cards that you are going to use. Two of these may choices are available in the market today. There are phone cards that are accessible in department stores, gasoline stations, malls and the internet. Regular phone cards, when purchased, already have the available information printed on it. Usually, phone cards are prepaid that you pay the credit in advance. The rates are cheaper. When the minutes are already used up, you can buy a new card, call a number or log in the internet to recharge for the amount that you wish. But there are times that you are not able to use up all the minutes that your card contains which you already paid upon purchase and your money will be wasted.

The information in a virtual calling card, when purchased, are sent over the e-mail. A virtual calling card is a post paid calling card service and is also rechargeable over the internet. Prepaid Phone Card Tips: Points to Ponder

After you have chosen and acquired the right phone card for your need, there are still some important things that you need to do. You have to remember making some checklists and take note of some points before you can use your card.

First thing first! You have to confirm that you have a valid PIN especially if you are going on a travel. You also have to confirm from the retailer and service provider that the card is usable in your place of destination and that the access number is correct as given. All you have to do is dial the access number and follow the next instruction. Just be sure that you do not make a call so that your credit will not be subtracted. If you have the access number available in the card, yo can save from your calls because there are extra usable minutes.

Sometimes, the cards that you already choose has additional fees and charges. To acquire a lower rate, you have to buy a card with smaller amount for you to consume in one call. This will help you avoid additional fees imposed in the card.

When you are making calls longer than your usual calls, make sure that your card does not include additional fees like taxes when you exceed the predetermined calling time. This kind of card is not good because it limits you from making just one call in a card.

All cards contain a pay phone fee. As much as possible, restrict your calls to fixed phones so that \you will have longer available talk time in your card.

Take note also about the minute rounding system in every phone card. If you make a call is less than a minute, your call will be charged to the next minute. Consumers should choose cards with one minute rounding to avoid charges and shorter talk time.

It is always good to be observant to be aware with even the small things when making calls. It is for your own good to know every detail of the phone card you are using.

Compare PennyTalk to Pingo and you’ll be sure to find a winning combination in price, quality and service with Pingo’s global calling card service.

Voice88 voip calling review

Voice88 is phone card service provider that offers low rate cards in the Internet. There are no hidden charges, maintenance fees or connection fees. It also has Pinless Dialing that knows who uses the card when you call to any registered numbers. This allows you to then directly dial your destination number without entering in the PIN.

There is also a Speed Dial feature that gives you the ability to set up all of the numbers that you dial to be used with short codes. After dialing your Access Number, all you have to do is press the speed dial shortcut.

Its Quick Connect Features help you to assign a toll free number to each of the numbers that you call With quick connect, you dial the unique toll free number from any registered phone and it directly connects you to the number you are calling abroad. You no longer have to dial access numbers or enter PIN numbers. You can now connect faster and easier than any other service from your landlines or mobile phone.

One minute rounding is imposed in this type of card which lowers the calling cost and will not reduce the available talk time in the calling card.

Voice88 does not have an automatic recharging feature and when you run out of credit, you may opt to cancellation of your account or to manually recharge your phone card. There is no call history to show you the record of the calls that you placed while using the card. It does not offer also any rewards program or bonus incentives. You are not permitted to change your account number if ever you wish to.

You have to use your card before it reached its expiration date so as not to waste your money. Or better, you have to buy a card from this provider that has lower denominations. You are not also assured to get the clear calling quality that you always wanted.

Check out Pingo for the best deal and rates with service that can’t be beat.

A review of mpingi.com.

This short review looks at MPINGI.com, a digital phone company that uses VoIP to connect you to friends and relatives. With one of their plans you get an adapter and as they say “All you have to do is plug your existing telephone line into one socket of the adapter and your broadband Internet connection into the other”.

Sounds easy, or is it? Well a few folks out there in internet land have had a few “technical issues” with the setup ranging from difficult to impossible with technical support not winning many hearts and minds. One poor couple got so mad with them that they returned the device and cancelled their subscription. However, they then found MPINGI dipped into their bank account and took out $400, as a cancellation fee. Nice customer relations!

Now one of the things you notice about MPINGI is you can make unlimited calls. But make sure you scroll down to the bottom of their home page where you will see in a shade of gray, just slightly darker than the white background, “Unlimited calls within the US and Canada are only applicable to land line numbers”. Well that’s just great. How many people still have land lines? I thought land lines were going the way of the dodo. Not only that but this little adapter, you can’t exactly carry it with you. It ain’t going to work with your cell phone. You aren’t going to be able to use it at your work or on the road with ease.

If I was you I would pass on the adapter and buy a phone card. Go to www.pingo.com and for the cost of the MPINGI subscription fee you can get a phone card that will allow you to talk to your cute cousin in Calcutta for as long as it would take to consume a thousand thalis. And if that is not enough, you will even be able talk to your friends everywhere when you are anywhere without worrying about subscription fees, adapters and your bank account getting raided.

Big Zoo calling card review

It’s always sad to hear that a good friend has just passed away. But what the heck, you will always meet new friends, right! On the other hand, have you ever had a service that you really like and it goes belly up, and you think “how am I going to replace this”? Friends are easy, but good service is not!! So when my dearly beloved phone card company BigZoo went to the great switchboard, or is it satellite, in the sky I had to go phone card hunting fast. There is a ton of phone card companies out there. I made a list of over a hundred. I am beginning to think I am the only person on the planet that doesn’t run one. But to be honest, I would be scared to give most of them my credit card number. If you like living on the edge of bankruptcy, go for it, but I think Vegas would be more fun and at least you have some chance of winning.

As Shakespeare said in Henry V “even if you hide a good phone card from me, even in your heart, there will I rake for it” Well I am sure he would have said that if phone cards were around back then. After much raking, which tends to pull in all kinds of garbage phone card companies, I came across a good one, Pingo.com. In fact this was BigZoo raised from the dead as in dead easy to use, dead easy to order, dead inexpensive, and NO hidden fees. What’s more the web site was dead easy to navigate. In fact the only way it would get better is if we could call the dead. Maybe the will add that feature next year! Anyway, if you are you looking for a replacement phone card company try Pingo.com, it’s not a Frankenstein monster of a company and it is a great substitute for the dearly departed BigZoo.

Free Call Planet voip International calling plan

Now that is what I call a phone company. It sounds really hippy. But what I haven’t figured out is what the “free” part is. It doesn’t look that free to me. My idea of free is it doesn’t cost anything, or at least very much, but take a look at the rates! Their free is a bit like “Green” gasoline, a figment of an overworked imagination. As for the “call planet” part, well yeah if you want to call a planet then you are going to get as clear a call as you will with their VoIP. In fact why not just roll up a big cardboard tube and shout down it to your friends in India, China, UK or wherever? The noise on their lines is stunningly bad. If you have ever tried calling your grandmother while sitting in a tin shack in a hailstorm you will get some idea of what their call quality is like. But if you like the zen of rushing water and percussion instruments on your phone line….. this might just be the card for you.

I couldn’t stand the auditory tsunami of Free Call Planet, I ended up with a Pingo.com card. No noise on the line, easy to use and no hidden fees. In fact, no noise but me and my enemy on the other end of the line. I like my oral vengeance served cold and without interference. After all, how can you hear them cry with static on the line!!! Peace man.

Pinsonsale phone card review

Beware the hexagons, the sign of the beehive, where everyone is just a number. And so it is with pinsonsale.com. Except it was scary to see that the only number that wasn’t available was the one for “Phone card support” which just decided to hide beneath the “how to buy” tab on the home page. This site has had technical issues before, which is probably why it has just suffered a makeover. Though they have been clever in some aspects of this new site, for example, in the FAQ section all the answers about connection fees etc. are well down the laundry list. Do you ever get the feeling someone is trying to bury bad news? Also understand that there is a different rate charged if you use a cell phone rather than a land line to make a call.

This is another site with a star rating system for its card but it doesn’t tell you what the difference is between three stars and five stars. They just seem content to leave it to your 21st century imagination.

With gas at $4 a gallon I decided I didn’t want any hidden surprises. Luckily I stumbled, or should that be staggered, onto Pingo.com, because by this time I had looked at a dozen phone card sites and nearly worked my way through a six pack of beer in the process. I had and been bedazzled by the complexity of the issue. I just wanted to make a call!! Pingo was perfect for the alcohol numbed mind, and yes I have been back when sober. Pingo.comhad no hidden fees, it was dead easy to navigate the site and it was a child’s play to get the card.

Some people are into retro, you know the bell bottom pants with the heavy check, the perm hair and the platform shoes, and this is the guys we are talking about. Well if you want to see a website that looks like what sites looked like when the web consisted of ten pieces of wire, and two computers with 2K of RAM then check out phonecardsonsale.com. There is a tackiness to this site that is a cross between cheap perfume and poor quality plastic surgery. But it’s nice to know that they keep the site up to date, so when I visited the site on the 30th May there was still a big link to the Mother’s day sale (don’t tell me you forgot,!) that finished on, surprise, surprise, May 12th. Maybe the also sell time machines.

Heading over to the FAQ section there are the usual buried answers to connection fees, rounding numbers, etc. I particularly liked the answer to question 14 regarding the discrepancy between what the customer rep told you the card was going to cost and what really costs on the site. I can see these folks have their ducks in a row, I think not.

Welcome back to the 21st century and Pingo.com. Sorry but you will just have to do modern. No hidden costs, no Jimmy Hendrix color scheme, no weird out of date links, just plain simple at Pingo. Just buy the card, at Pingo.com, get what you pay for and move on with your life, unless you like being stuck in a time warp.

So there I am stuck with a dead cell phone in Lubbock trying to call my grandmother in New Zealand from my motel room to wish her happy birthday. No way am I going to pay the hotel rate for the call so I just type into the laptop www.callingcards.com to see what shows up. So what do you know, there is a company of that name and oh boy do they like to write. There is enough text on this site to make Tolstoy’s War and Peace look like a short essay. It’s one of those sites where you go into information overload the minute you hit the site. I thought I was going to have a seizure.

I mean this site is amazing, it’s just full of text, graphics, pull downs and fine print. You would need a Ph.D. in phone cards just to know what is going on and what exactly it is you are paying for. So if you are the kind that reads Wikipedia for fun, or likes to memorize the myriad of ingredients that go into awful snacks that you buy in a gas station then this site is for you.

As for me, I’m just a simple guy that wants to make a call and know how much I am going to have to pay to make it. Next was Pingo.com, it was easy, uncluttered, my brain was now decompressing. No requirement for advanced calculus to figure out the rates and no hidden fees. Thankfully someone knows the difference between information and data.

Get me calling cards.com phone card review comparison

In these tough economic times I decided to try shop around for a new calling card. I landed on getmecallingcards.com. Note to self, beware of sites that have a smiley face and a banner that “call savings start here”. The first card that I clicked on was “out of stock”. Which made me ask myself “so why are they still displaying it”? Next up was the ACD card to Africa. I love those hidden fees, a disconnect fee of 29 cents per call, and a weekly maintenance fee of 79 cents after the first call. On a five dollar card that’s wow, way too steep! They already have your money and now they are charging you for having the card? I should start a phone card company it sure pays out more than my current job.

I checked out a card for Mexico. I don’t read Spanish too well but from the numbers in the terms and conditions I got the idea, you are no better off calling Mexico than Africa. So watch out for those hidden fees. Even if ET doesn’t call home he is still paying big time.

All that fine print, terms and conditions, legal stuff that makes no sense, who needs it? I just want to call my sister that is studying gorillas in the Congo. “Hi sis, so how are the monkeys doing”? Got the card from a site with a weird name, Pingo.com, oh yeah, PIN go. Dead easy to order, no hidden fees, piece of cake, doesn’t get simpler than this.

Phone card smile .com calling card review of PhoneCardSmile

So I was looking for a new phone card and I thought I would revisit Phonecardsmile.com. The last time I was on their site I didn’t leave smiling, it was a royal pain to get the information I wanted, like if there were hidden fees and if so how much they added to my phone bill. Anyway, I just decided to be charitable and give them another crack at getting my business. Straight away I see that they have revamped the site. It certainly looks like an improvement. They must have had plenty of negative feed back because I note that you can win a free phone card for telling them what is wrong with their new site.

Well here goes. I click on the link that says “how to buy a prepaid phone card” click on the pull down that says “choose country to call” and guess what, nothing happens! The pull down menu won’t pull down. Do you want to order a card off a site with coding problems? At least this was obvious, less obvious is the security of their secure server! Well never mind, maybe they will get it all fixed for next year.

Back to my old favorite, Pingo.com, a no brainer site. After all I just want to buy a phone card, I’m not looking to re-program Apollo 13 for re-entry. Their site is simple without being stupid, although they do have this big section on no hidden fees, but maybe this is a good thing? Plus they have this little ticker thing that tells you the latest rates so you can make sure you are getting a good deal. Cool, just like Wall Street!

PinShark calling card review

So my wife suddenly decides e-mail is no longer good enough to keep in touch with relatives that are scattered to the four corners of the planet. Anyway we decided to check out some of the sites on the internet that sell phone cards. First stop was Pinshark.com. Interesting that they have shark in their name, could this be telling us something?

If you are into “doing lists”, this is the site for you. Hundreds of cards all arranged in alphabetical order, which is okay if you know the card you are looking for but not so good if you don’t. The site is a bit dull, puce and some other color that is not quite red. You would think for a shark it would at least look like blood. Anyway, there are plenty of cards there so we start having a look at the tabs like “Help Choosing a Calling Card”, then there are all these paragraphs telling you to check for hidden fees, connection fees, no connection fees, trouble connecting and “busy, busy, busy”. What a total turn off. We were out of there like surfers when a great white cruises by.

Next hit was Pingo.com. This was refreshingly cheery. They had a rate watcher so it was easy to check the rates. Checking out their tabs it looks like they have their act together, no hidden fees (this has to be a first for a phone card company!), auto recharge your card so you won’t get cut off and a bunch of other stuff that I had never thought you could get but sounds neat like speed dial. Pingo vs. the shark, shark is dead in the water.

PennyTalk.com calling card review comparison

Watch out Penny talk will take your pennies away!

Want to have a laugh? An online phone card company called Pennytalk.com charges you a “Low 49 cent connection fee per call”. That’s nearly half a dollar just to connect you!! Pennytalk and 49 cent connection fee, I am sure there is an oxymoron in there somewhere. Or, do you just feel like a moron for buying one of their calling cards? If not you really will when you find out there is also a 99 cent “service fee” a month when you open an account. Perhaps that should be a “LOW 99 cent service fee”? These guys are really funny.

Imagine you call your auntie in Atlanta once a week. Well between the connection fee and the service fee you are handing these guys $75 bucks a year just so you can be their customer. It’s hilarious that they charge you such a LOW $75 a year so you can use a calling card. At least you know how to smile in the face of adversity.

Well I don’t want to give a dime to a phone card company for anything except making a phone call. There are tons of the hidden fee bucket shops around on the net but I got lucky and landed on the Pingo site. It’s as clear as the day you were born that they have no fees, they have a big page saying so. It’s also a dead easy site to use and you won’t find some of the “technical problems” that I found on other sites.

WorldPhoneCard .com calling card review comparison

There I am looking for an online phone card company and land on the worldphonecard.com site. If you are into formality and business suits this is the site for you. But I just wanted to buy a phone card not participate in a job interview. One thing I did like was they have a rating scheme of 1 - 6 stars for their cards. Though most of their cards rate 3 or above. Though why would any company sell a card that rates a 3 beats me! They don’t actually tell you what the ratings mean, is it cost, quality of call, number of dropped calls? Well these are all good questions. The answers may be present on their site but they sure are elusive. Five minutes of searching (you think I should have to spend this much time) drew a blank. It was pretty much the same for the hidden fees, they were also pretty well hidden.

There is just something about their site I didn’t like. Stiff is the only word that comes to mind. Not people friendly. Good for a robot not good for a human. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it reminds me of a mortuary room. Maybe it’s the blue big brother color scheme. Give me something tropical. And so I went to Pingo.com where life was simpler and a lot warmer to the average human being. No hidden fees on their cards, no brainer ordering, where I just sat back and ordered my new card while sipping a pina colada, or was it a margarita? Thankfully this was an easy site to use!
